Two pipes x and y can fill cistern in 12 and 15min rep. While a third pipe z can empty the full tank in 6min. X and y are kept open for 5min in the beginning and the z is also opened. In what time is the cistern emptied??

1) If All The Pipes Kept Open From Begining, No More Time Will Require To Empty The Tank. At The End Of 5 Min Cistern Will Be already Emptied.

2) If Pipes X And Y Are Kept Open For 5 Min And Then After That 5min Pipes X & Y Kept Closed And Z Kept Opened Then It Will Take 4.5min To Cistern Get Emptied.
